Sam is the co-author of Business Law Basics, a book and blog freely available to the general public since 2013. Sam's co-author is former law colleague Brian M. Gottesman, a partner in the Delaware office of Gabell Beaver LLC. 

The Business Law Basics website is a collaborative project designed to put legal knowledge in the hands of laypeople, particularly in the business community. The book contains brief chapters on select areas of the law—i.e., the "basics." In the blog, Sam and Brian discuss recent developments in business law and provide practical guides and analysis on a wide variety of legal topics.
